the staffs were very friendly and accommodating with my queries and needs. I made booking for one of the day dinner and was approach by their staff for confirmation and advice to make the dinner a more smooth and enjoyable meal.

The beach- it was awesome! private, secluded, clean, great sands, great waves, everything was perfect on the beach!Apartment was very clean and maintenance was good. Great beds. Nice kitchen with necessary supplies for a short stay!Very friendly and welcoming staff!

food- very limited good vegetarian options. No free sports facilities and renting is very expensive. For e.g., renting a surfing board costs nearly S$20 for just an hour! there were no beach towels available after we swam in the sea

Only the food service at the beach because you order the food and it takes to long .

There was construction on the beach and we were not told. The food was awful quality and the service in the restaurants slow and inefficient. We ordered dinner and there were guests who sat after us and ordered the same thing received their food. We were told the taxi was 200, then they charged 450. It’s expensive for the low quality of food and service you get. The room smaller like moth balls, which was covered up by a strong perfume smell.

The rooms were clean. Giving access to the beach. Staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was accommodating special requests.Transfer to Banyan restaurant were free.

My room was too far. I had to take first lift then walk across the building then take another lift yo get to level 7.It’s very inconvenient with a child and a stroller.Unfortunately we couldn’t make the most of the beach as they were jellyfish. But that seems to happen year around. So be aware.

Staff service and friendliness is definitely a plus. Early check in at 12pm+ and late checkout at 2pm. Breakfast at Angsana is good. Comfy room.

Would be good to offer water sport or activities free, bad smell in both bathrooms, not much to do in the resort

I went away to get some R&R, and I was able to absolutely relax at Cassia.

1. There is usually only one person at front desk so it's usually quite a wait to get something done there. 2. Breakfast on Saturday was super crowded and we had to wait for quite a while to get a table (at Angsana). Additionally, the crockery wasn't cleared and was piling up at the stations & tables, which was terrible.3. A LOT of flies at the Angsana breakfast area and at poolside of Cassia.

Wonderful stay!A very recommended choice of resort in Bintan. We booked a garden view 2-bedroom apartment. It was lovely, overlooking the beach of Lagoi. Food was amazing and the staff were all sincere and nice.

The road map of the buildings was a bit confusing.

The kitchen is incredible with this price. The room is not big but got living room, bedroom and kitchen is worthy for the price.

Outside is a bit dated but still ok.

The beach access was amazing, using the facilities of the other hotels were a huge bonus. The beach really was amazing.

Breakfast needs some improving

We had a wonderful stay at Cassia Bintan with my wife and our 5-year-old daughter. We loved the hotel, the access to the pools (including those of the neighbouring property), the delicious food, and above all, the kindness and warmth of the entire staff. The beach right in front of the hotel is stunning, with warm, crystal-clear water — truly paradise.Unfortunately, our daughter was stung by a jellyfish during one of our beach outings. It was a very painful experience that took about three days to stabilise and will take a few more weeks to fully heal. That said, I want to give special recognition to the hotel staff. As I ran carrying my daughter in pain, they immediately came running with a spray bottle of vinegar to neutralise the sting and helped remove some of the stingers. They also arranged transport to the clinic, where she received the necessary medical care.Upon our return to the hotel, they provided us with a bucket of ice and towels to take to our room and help ease the pain — which we had to apply for the next two days. Thankfully, she is now recovering well. Despite this unfortunate incident, it was still an unforgettable experience, and we are grateful for the care and support we received from everyone at the hotel.

Everything was great

Good value for money. Excellent breakfast. But if you wish to have some nice food later prices at the Vista restaurant was really unacceptable compared to quality of the food. There are 2 more restaurants (more expensive) with good food. But one can feel trapped especially when supermarkets and other restaurants are not reachable so easily.

Conveniently located, 15min from the pier, within the Banyan Tree hotel complex, directly linked to the golf course.

Rooms a bit aged, could need bit of improvement. Sinks and toilets easily clogged

Great pool and beach. Access to other two resorts for dining options. Quiet location.

Lovely beach, helpful and professional staff, good food, clean apartment with vibrant colours!

Mini mart has limited range of merchandise snacks, no ice-cream (??), no souvenirs or casual wear, etc.

Great location with pool and private beach. My room was very comfortable and clean and all of the staff were super-friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them!

Great value and the apartment type accommodation was perfect for a longer than overnight stay.

Some parts of the other joint facilities were a bit rundown. Sliding doors in the apartment were at times difficult to open and close.
